It was brutal. In 46 years on this planet, I've heard of 'golf-ball' sized hail, in Texas, Oklahoma, even eastern Colorado. I'd never seen it ... until yesterday.
Down in Billings we had it one year - 1994 I think. I was picking up my daughter at school and the hail started and she made a run for it, but got dinged - welts and bruises. Every roof and car in Billings was damaged. We received insurance settlements on our roof, our car, and pop-up camper.
Phew! We're six miles south and only got a big wind and rain.
