Okay, I'm over my urge to be rude. I hope nobody took any of that too personally; there were just some things that were irritating me, and I wanted to vent in an over-the-top style. That felt pretty good, actually.
But now I have 5 days off, a huge bird to feast on tomorrow, and some terrific football games to look forward to. The games:
Thanksgiving day, 2:00pm, the Denver Broncos get to crush the Dallas Cowboys.
Saturday, Nov 26th, high noon, the Playoff Battle of I-15. For the third time this year, the Carroll College Fighting Saints, ranked #1 in NAIA, will play the Montana Tech Orediggers. This time, it's for all the marbles, 'cause it's the second round of the NAIA playoffs, and the winner advances while the loser just goes home. And in case you've missed it, Carroll is working towards their 4th straight NAIA title.
Monday the 28th, 7:00pm, the Indianapolis Colts face off with the Pittsburgh Steelers. That game oughta be a real doozy.
I'm not sure if I'll be posting over the long weekend or not. I'll certainly try. Regardless, I've got a helluva lot to be thankful for in my life, and you folks rank right up among the best of it. So thank you all.
And have a very HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
It's your blog, I think you can be rude if you want to... If people don't like it, then they should skip those parts!
Happy Thanksgiving!
