Looks like a 4.5" reflector. Nice. I was thinking about getting another telescope sometime in the future.

So will your camera hook up to it? I'm jealous.

Can't wait to come over and have a peek thru.

STAR PARTY AT YOUR HOUSE FOR MT BLOGGER BASH.

:P

Wulfgar

Manda, I can hook an SLR camera up to it, if I buy an adapter. My Olympus won't do, but your Minolta might.

It is a 4.5 reflector with two different optics, and a sun lense. And if we want to do a Star Party, that is terribly cool with me. We might want to do it outside of town though. Regardless, if we do a MTBB outside of town, I'm bringing the scope. Woot!

Randy

What Olympus bodies do you have?

I have 2 OM-10's and 2 OM-1's plus a bag full of lenses.
Do you work with them much?

Randy

Oh yeah, depending on what type of body you have I MIGHT have an adapter that would fit your peeping tom tool thing there.

Wulfgar

Randy, my Olympus is a digital C2100UZ and I can't interchange lenses. Of course, when I got it, I gave my Canon T1 to my mother. How bright was that? ;-)

Randy

Looking at the photo I am wondering what the white cup is in the middle of the tripod.

Beer holder?

Wulfgar

You're not far off. I wondered too, but the instructions say it's an "equipment holder". Just so happens, sometimes my equipment is beer!
