A Warning To Those Who Might Need It

The weekend before last, my beloved and I were exposed to the flu, sadly from  delightful and beautiful little girl.  My love came down with it on Thursday last.  It hit me come Sunday afternoon.  This thing comes on like a barreling freight train.  I won't say it's the worst flu I've ever had, but it ranks way up there.  Mercifully, it is brief.

I do apologize for exposing you friends (and your family) to this viral thingy.  Please take whatever precautions you can.

Try hot orange juice mixed with a spoonful of honey. OK, OK, I know it sounds awful (and it really has a very strange taste); but it will be wonderful for your throat. At least, it's always been for me.

Get well soon!

Well, at least now I know it wasn't the hot wings... Guess I had a much milder version than you guys did. Still wasn't fun, though. Hope you're all better now.
