Montana Weblog Awards 2006 - The Ballot

Update, 12-26-2006:  First, Merry Christmas!  Second, I'm still kicking but very very busy.  I'll get back to regular posting very soon, but I want to get the word out that voting for the Montana Weblog Awards, 2006, ends tomorrow at midnite.  If you haven't done so already (and many of you have) GET THOSE BALLOTS IN!

This Post Is Sticky!  It will remain at the top until December 27th.  It is also linked to the side ... over there ... that a'way ---------------->
I'd appreciate it if you check below this every now and then for my newer posts, spotty as they may be.  Thanks.

Here is the final ballot for the Montana Weblog Awards, 2006.  Again, all votes must be registered as comments to this website, or to the email address wulfgar.pillages@gmail.com.  (I know that many of you are familiar with emailing me at the rkailey AT Montana dot edie-ewe address.  For this, please don't do that.)  These restriction's exist only such that the voting not be spammed.  There is no other reason.  If you have an issue with this, email me and we'll talk it out.  'Nobody gotta register for nuthin', and all votes will remain anonymous at the will of the voter.  If you wish to proclaim your voting publicly, you are welcome to do that too.  I likely will.  You are once again invited and encouraged to vote for yourself, with the proviso that I will not.  If you wish to self-promote ... then be my guest.  This is, as it was last year, all about the promotion of Montana, and Montana websites.

The voting will remain open until Wednesday, December 27th.  The results will be announced before the new year.  You do not need to be a blogger to vote.  You do not need to be a Montanan to vote.  So, just vote.

All nominees are listed in order of the number of nominations received.  If that number is equal, then the nominees are listed in alphabetical order.  Fair enough?  All nominees are linked.  I encourage you to follow those links.  So, without further ado:

Some of these catagories were really hard to choose a single answer. This year's awards have definitely introduced me to some interesting blogs that I have previously not been reading. Thanks, Wulfgar for once again stepping up to run this.

Moorcat

Truly Tragic. I can't stop laughing.

I'll vote next year -- too much to catch up on since I only started reading these this year.

Karbon Kounty and Thoughts From the Middle of Nowhere inspire me every day. Beautiful.

I only drop in every now and again but think you deserve the vote for Best Leftleaning blog because you came up with the term "sniveling fear junkies." I've used it and passed it on, always telling folks it came from a brilliant blogger in Tester country.

Good luck!

i sent in my vote .. hope you got it. i couldn't tell if you ever got my nominations email, but figured there were enough nominations... so many montana blogs.

It should be yours, hands down, for both blogs! You have my votes!

Merry CHristmas!

Oh, those votes, btw, go to Raven's Nest and Land of Little Rain. Without question.

I second nominations for Pragmatic Revolt, under Best Libertarian and Best Montana lifestyle.

I also recommend The Dude Abides for Montana lifestyle, though he's from Wisconsin and currently living in way-too-trendy Bozeman. Link: http://bigwampum.blogspot.com/
